Is this plug for a vacuum fitting? If so, it would be in an ideal spot for the brake booster connection. I did find a small plug near the drivers side back corner on the XT intake. I assume this can stay the same.ĥ) Transmission vacuum modulator - originally connected to a manifold vacuum port. So, where and how do I make all of the other vacuum connections I need?ġ) Brake booster - originally connected to the base of the carb (rear).Ģ) Headlight doors - originally connected to a manifold vacuum port.ģ) Vapor canister control line (this port signals the purge valve to open and was originally connected to the small vacuum port near the top of the carb.Ĥ) Vapor canister purge line (this line was originally connected to the base of the carb (front) and the PCV valve was connected to this line via a tee fitting. I understand the small vacuum fitting is the "fuel pressure regulator vacuum reference" port. He used the large vacuum fitting for the PCV valve. I had the builder install the Edelbrock 35790 Pro-Flo 4 XT EFI System. I just received a new crate engine for my '73 Vette (383 stroker).
